Meet the owner of Bucktail Fish Wear, Max Heywood. From a young age, Max has developed a deep love for fishing, embarking on countless fishing trips with his dad and grandfather along the beaches of South Jersey. In 2021, Max moved to the Savannah area with his family to continue his fondness for fishing in the southern waters. Max's desire to create an affordable and comfortable clothing brand for fellow anglers and outdoor enthusiasts led him to establish Bucktail Fish Wear.
As a full-time firefighter and dedicated father, Max diligently works on designing improved apparel that not only keeps him cool during long hours spent on the water but also enables others to enjoy their boat and beach days. With a rich fishing history and a heartfelt commitment to providing top-notch apparel, Max has made quite a name for himself as the founder of Bucktail Fish Wear.
